Saugerties – Susan J. Cuomo died Friday, October 12, 2018 at HealthAlliance of the Hudson Valley Broadway Campus in Kingston, NY. She was 72 years old.
Born January 15, 1946 in Goshen, NY she was the daughter of Warren Babb and Shirley Morse Babb. She was pre-deceased by her husband Joseph Cuomo, Jr. on March 28, 1989. In 2003 Susan retired from American Hardware and Tack in Harriman where she worked as a Shop Steward and Foreman.
Survivors include two sons, Joseph Cuomo III of West Haverstraw and Kevin Cuomo of Bloomingburg, NY; her daughter Jennifer Cuomo of Saugerties; four grandchildren Kevin Cuomo, Rachal Cuomo, Robert Cuomo Jr., and Sonny Cuomo; and two great grandchildren Jacob Liddle and Stella Rose Cuomo. In addition to her husband she was pre-deceased by her son, Robert Cuomo.
Funeral services will be held 7:00 PM Monday, October 15, 2018 at Buono Funeral Service, Inc., in Saugerties, NY. Cremation will follow. Friends may call Monday 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM at Buono Funeral Service, Inc.
