OBITUARY Saugerties ? Stella Sasso, who was a homemaker, a seamstress, and a parishioner of St. Joseph?s Church in Glasco, passed away, December 8, 2012, at Tenbroeck Commons Nursing Home. She was born June 8, 1916 in Glasco, NY the daughter of the late Louis and Susan ?Mary? Mayone Costello. She is survived by two children, Theresa Jane Feistamel and her husband Don, and Cosmo ?Gus? Sasso and his wife Marti; two grandchildren, Anthony ?Gus? Sasso and Mary Jane Nortan and her husband Michael; her great-grandson Brody Michael Norton; her siblings Marge Forcino, Rose Rinaldi, Theresa Misasi, and Fred Costello; her sister-in-law Stella (Mrs. Louis Jr) Costello; and by several nieces and nephews. Her husband of 67 years, Charles Sasso passed away in 2005. She was also pre-deceased by her siblings, Mary J. Misasi, Fannie DeCicco, Louis Costello, Jr. and Frank Costello. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated for Stella 10:00 AM Tuesday at St. Joseph?s Church in Glasco. There will be no calling hours but all are invited to meet at the church and attend Mass. Interment will follow at St. Mary of the Snow Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Buono Funeral Service, Inc. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Joseph?s Church.
