OBITUARY Cementon ? Stella Pavlovich died Friday, July 16, 2010 at home. She was 93 years old. She was born October 26, 1916 in Alsen, NY the daughter of Nikola and Roza Piach Kordich. On June 30, 1935 she married Anthony Pavlovich, who passed away in 1994. She was a longtime parishioner of St. Mary?s in Cementon. Upon the closing of that church she became a communicant at St. Patrick?s in Catskill and most recently St. Anthony?s Friary in Catskill. Survivors include her daughter, Mary Pavlovich at home; her brother John Kordich and his wife Margaret of Catskill; her sister-in-law Margaret Kordich of Saugerties; and many nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband she was pre-deceased by her daughter, Rosemarie Pavlovich; three sisters, Lucy Kordich, Maria Kordich, and Maude Corrado; and by her brother Anthony Kordich. A Funeral procession will form 9:45 AM Tuesday, July 20, 2010 at Buono Funeral Service, Inc., Main Street Chapel, Saugerties, NY and then proceed to St. Mary of the Snow where a 10:30 AM a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated. Rev. Christopher Berean, Pastor of St. Mary of the Snow will officiate. Interment will follow immediately in St. Patrick?s Cemetery, Jefferson Heights, Catskill, NY.
