OBITUARY Saugerties ? Robert W. McBennett died Saturday, January 21, 2012, at Kingston Hospital. He was 64 years old. Born October 10, 1947 in Waterbury CT, he was the son of John P. and Rose Marie Bellerive McBennett. On April 27, 1969 he married the former Gayle F. Nelson. He served in the US Army for two years during the Vietnam Era. He previously worked as a supervisor for Ferroxcube and then Phillips Corp. in Saugerties for 34 years. Most recently he was employed at Fehr Bros. for 11 years. An avid outdoorsman, he loved camping and spending time in the Adirondacks. He will be dearly missed by his dog, TT. In addition to his wife, survivors in Saugerties include his two daughters, April Rodman and her husband Eric, and Dawn Numssen and her husband Erik; four grandchildren, Ashton and Kayla Rodman and Zachery and Brandon Numssen; and his three sisters in Connecticut, Joan Wiltshire, Carol France and Peg Spring. Several nieces and nephews also survive. Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM Tuesday, January 24, 2012 at Buono Funeral Service, Inc., Saugerties, NY. Interment will follow immediately in Mount Marion Cemetery. Friends may call Monday from 2:00 PM until 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM until 9:00 PM at Buono Funeral Service, Inc
