OBITUARY Lake Katrine – Richard L. Till died Sunday, December 30, 2012 at TenBroeck Commons Nursing Home. He was 89 years old. Born on November 29, 1923 in Mount Marion, he was the son of Kenneth and Helen Snyder Till. In 2004 he moved to Rifton where he lived with his brother until 2012. A machinist, he worked at Aircraft Parts & Tools in Kington and was their night manager for many years. He enjoyed working on automobiles and airplanes, over his lifetime he owned and maintained many of both. He also enjoyed crossword puzzles and playing cards. He was an avid reader as well. He worked for Dietz on route 28 for many years and had previously worked for IBM in Kingston. Survivors include his brother, Donald Till of Rifton; his sister, Rosemary Herdman of Saugerties, and several nieces and nephews. His brother, William died in 1970. Funeral services will be held 10:00 am Saturday at Buono Funeral Service, Inc., Saugerties, NY. Rev. James Alley, Pastor of Blue Mt. Reformed Church, will officiate. Interment will follow in Mount Marion Cemetery. Friends may call Friday 2:00 PM until 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM until 9:00 PM at Buono Funeral Service, Inc.
