OBITUARY Regina Luther Buley "Jeannie", "Reggie" died Monday Feb. 25th, 2013 at Benedictine Hospital following a brief battle with cancer. She was 64 years young. Regina was born on April 13th, 1948 in Saugerties where she resided her entire life, daughter to the late Reginald "Jim" Luther and Emily "Ma" Luther. She was a long time employee at Kingston Hospital as a Central Supply Supervisor where she formed many lifelong friendships. Regina belonged to the International Assoc. of Rebekah Assemblies many years ago with her mom and became an Auxiliary member of the Saxton Fire Company in 1993. Regina had many passions in her life that included her love of Bingo, Card Playing, Flowers and Birds. Speaking of passions Regina is survived by her loving husband and Best friend of 47 years, Bruce Buley. Together they enjoyed countless car shows and the pride of watching their family business, Pipes Plus, flourish. She will be forever mourned by her daughters Debbie Buley Helmedach and Brenda Buley MacDonald, her faithful sons-in-law, Eric Helmedach and Jay MacDonald and her grandchildren, Katrina and Matthew MacDonald, Nicholas and Erica Helmedach all of Saugerties. Regina was predeceased by her first grandson, Justin Valk MacDonald. Jeannie, as her family knew her, is survived by her brothers, Rusty Luther of Palenville, Barry Luther of Georgia, twin Brother, Edwin Luther of Saugerties; Sisters, Eileen Luther Araujo of Florida, Anita Luther Hinchey of Saugerties, Priscilla Luther Whitaker of Florida and predeceased by her brothers Jim Luther of Florida, Ernie Luther of Saugerties and infant sister Marlene Luther. She will be deeply missed by her numerous brothers and sisters-in-law and countless nieces and nephews. A funeral service will be celebrated 10:00 am Saturday at Buono Funeral Service, Inc. in Saugerties. Interment will follow immediately in Blue Mt. Cemetery. Friends may call at Buono Funeral Service, Inc. Thursday 7:00 to 9:00 PM and Friday 2:00 to 4:00 PM and 7:00 to 9:00 PM.
