Ralph J. Williams, 85, of Saugerties, N.Y. entered into eternal rest on Sunday, June 10, 2018 at Westchester Medical Center, Valhala, N.Y.

Ralph was born January 22, 1933, in Kingston, N.Y. to Ralph G. and Caroline ( Albright ) Williams. He graduated from Kingston High School and later served in the United States Navy during the Korean War. On April 18, 1959, he married the love of his life, Roseann Stolpinski, and settled in Saugerties, where they shared 59 years together.

Ralph was employed as a letter carrier for the US Postal service for 36 years before his retirement. Afterward he spent time as a delivery driver for a local florist and auto parts supplier. In his spare time, he enjoyed building bird houses and "puttering" in the cellar. He enjoyed spending time with his family and close circle of friends whom he shared many good times with.

Ralph is survived by his daughter, Teri Hall and her husband, Dan Hall of Pine Plains, NY. His son, Michael Williams of Charlotte, NC and his grandson, Ryan Hall of Stanfordville, NY and his granddaughter, Taylor Hall, and her boyfriend, Dan Smith of Ancram, NY.

He was preceded in death by his parents, and his sisters, Carolyn Enright and Shirley Hooker, along with many extended family members.

Ralph was a loving husband, father, grandfather and friend to all who knew him.

A Funeral procession will form 10:30 AM Friday, June 15, 2018 at Buono Funeral Service, Inc., Main Street Chapel, Saugerties, NY and then proceed to St. Mary of the Snow where an 11:00 AM a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated. Interment with full military honors will follow immediately in St. Mary of the Snow Cemetery, Barclay Heights.
