Saugerties, NY. - Peter James Yates, 53, died peacefully at home, of heart failure, on August 15th.
Born in Kingston, NY, Peter graduated from Saugerties High School in 1986 where he attended BOCES for Masonry.
Peter is survived by his mother, Anita, father, John; and brothers Kevin (Pamela), David (Teresa), Brian, and Steven; his nieces Julia and Kayla and nephews, Andrew, Alexander and Isaac. Peter was employed by J. Mullen and Sons where he practiced his Masonry trade.
The service to celebrate Peter's life will be held at 2:00 p.m., Monday, August 23rd at Buono Funeral Service, Inc, 100 Main Street, Saugerties, NY.
