Saugerties – Patricia Patenaude died peacefully at home on Sunday, May 2, 2021. She was 91 years old.

Born November 6, 1929 in Newark, NJ, she was the daughter of the late William H. Lyons and the late Lucy Klespie Lyons. She was pre-deceased by her husband Maurice "Pat" Patenaude on September 16, 2005.

She was a parishioner of St. Mary of the Snow where she served for many years as director of CCD and also a member of the Altar-Rosary Society. She enjoyed reading, working in her gardens, cooking for family and singing.

Survivors include her children, Sharon Trodler of New York Mills, NY; Jane Kane of Kingston; Rene Patenaude of Creston, CA; and Br. Todd Patenaude of El Paso TX; 12 grandchildren, Andrew, Heidi, Mara, Matthew, Regan, Patrick, Kevin, Christopher, Rachel, Courtney, Michelle, and Jeffrey; 13 great grandchildren with one more on the way; and several Nieces and Nephews.

A funeral procession will form 9:15 Tuesday, May 11, 2021at Buono Funeral Service, Inc and then proceed to St. Mary of the Snow Church where a 10:00 am Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated. Interment will follow immediately in St. Mary of the Snow Cemetery, Barclay Heights. Friends may call Monday, May 10, 2021 from 4:00 PM until 7:00 PM at Buono Funeral Service, Inc.
