OBITUARY West Camp, NY – Norman R. Heese died Saturday, July 12, 2014 at his home. He was 86 years old. The son of Carl Sr. and Martha Roeser Heese, he was born June 11, 1928 in Wewela, South Dakota. He was pre-deceased by his wife, Alice Grube Heese, on February 1, 2007. He was a retired mason and member of Bricklayers and Allied Craftworkers #5 of NewYork. During WW II he served in the US Navy and was a former member of the American Legion and VFW. He enjoyed golfing and was an avid hunter, fisherman and outdoorsman. He is survived by his sister, Charlotte Jones of Charlotte, MI and by several nieces, nephews and cousins. In addition to his wife he was pre-deceased by his brother Carl and two sisters, Viola Bleidner and Rosemary Robbins Funeral services will be held 8:00 PM Wednesday, July 16, 2014 at Buono Funeral Service, Inc., Saugerties, NY.
