Saugerties, NY – Nicholas S. Schelling died suddenly Saturday, May 20, 2017 at home. He was 54 years old.
Born June 3, 1962 in Kingston, he was the son of Ward and Doris Stafford Schelling. He was a Surveyor with Reynolds Surveying Asscociates in Saugerties. Nicholas enjoyed hunting, fishing, muscles cars and spending time with his friends. A former member of Boy Scout Troop 33 in Saugerties, he earned the rank of Eagle Scout, scouting's highest award.
Nicholas is survived by his son Charles Schelling of Saugerties.
Cremation services were private and under the direction of Buono Funeral Service, Inc., Saugerties, NY.
