OBITUARY Saugerties, NY - Michael J. Panke, Sr. departed this life Thursday, May 12th, 2011 at home. He worked as a Civil Engineer for NYSDOT. He was born January 14th, 1952 in Aurora CO to the late Ann Golliday Panke Bell and John J. Panke. He is survived by Patricia Breitung, Arline Breitung, Ernest and Joy Breitung of Jacksonville, FL; his children: Michael Jr. of Woodstock, Jo, Rose, and Karen at home; his siblings: Susan Carson (David) of Natick MA, Elizabeth Burridge of Danvers, MA, Jo (John Paris) of Tyngsboro, MA, Mark (Sen) of Langhorne, PA, Jean Bessette (Michael) of Royal Palm Beach, FL. Mary Ruby (William) of Malden-on-Hudson, John Jr. (Paula) of Ruby, and Christopher of Levittown, PA; and by many nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles. He was predeceased by his sister Jenny and his former wife Maureen Quinn Panke. He will be remembered by all who knew him for his intelligence, friendliness, and his love of his children, reading, his pets, and the outdoors. A celebration of his life will be held for family and friends at Seamon Park, Rte. 9W, Saugerties on Wednesday, May 18th at 10:00 a.m
