Mary J. Roberti

Mary Jane Roberti, 82, passed away on Wednesday, November 4, 2026, at home in Saugerties, New York. Mary, a lifelong Hudson Valley resident, was born on February 22, 1944 in Poughkeepsie, NY, the daughter of the late John Rinaldi and Gladys Horan Hosier. She was one of seven siblings.

Mary could always be seen enjoying bingo night, spending time in the garden, and going on the occasional trip to the casino. But, the most important thing to Mary was family. Mary was the homemaker of the family, making sure everyone had what they needed. She was particularly fond of the time she spent with her grandchildren.

Along with Joe, she was a devote parishioner of St. Joseph's RC Church in Glasco. 

Mary is survived by her children, Joseph Roberti (Heather Reid) and Doreen Roberti of Saugerties and grandchildren Hannah, Jeffrey, Aaron Roberti of Saugerties and Jacob Roberti of Key West, Florida. Surviving siblings are Joan Thorn of Staatsburg and Rose (John) Guzzo of Poughkeepsie as well as many nieces and nephews

Mary is predeceased by her husband of 54 years, Joseph P. Roberti, and siblings Beverly Osterhoudt, Charles Rinaldi, James Rinaldi and John Horton.

Cremation arrangements are under the care of Buono Funeral Service, Inc. Cremation will be held privately.
