Palenville – Margaret A. Hill died Wednesday October 17, 2018 at Columbia Memorial Hospital in Hudson, NY.  She was 63 years old.

Born February 18, 1955 in Yonkers, NY, the daughter of Matthew Patterson and Alice Hufnagel Patterson.  She married her husband, Bart Hill, on August 26, 2006.

A member of the meat wrappers union for many years, she worked in the deli and butcher departments of various businesses including Pathmark in Yonkers, Price Chopper in Saugerties and Tuck's Market in Saugerties.  Her fondness for Atlantic City, gardening and her love for bears never trumped her true passion which was her family.  Margaret insisted on gathering for Sunday family meals and made sure everyone attended.  She was both the support and glue that bound her family together.

In addition to her husband, Bart, survivors include four sons, Robert Wadsworth, Jr. and his fiancé, Sheri of Saugerties, Justin Wadsworth and his wife Tiffany of Saugerties, Joseph M. Gambino and his wife Alicia of Saugerties, and Brandon A. Gambino of Palenville; seven grandchildren, Noah, Gabriella, Jeremiah, Carmella, Joseph Jr, Serena and Korah; and her brother John Patterson and his wife Linda of Yonkers.  She was pre-deceased by her son Joseph A. Gambino, Jr; two granddaughters Mia and Mya; and five siblings, Patricia, Cecelia, Matthew, Daniel and Alice.

Funeral services will be held 10:00 AM Monday, October 22, 2018 at Buono Funeral Service, Inc., Saugerties, NY. Interment will follow immediately in St. Mary of the Snow Cemetery, Barclay Heights, Saugerties.  Friends may call Saturday 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM and Sunday 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Buono Funeral Service,
