Saugerties, NY – Lewis Weeks, Jr, died Saturday, October 29, 2022 at home surrounded by his family. He was 76 years old.
Born February 22, 1946 in Kingston, NY, he was the son of the late Lewis Weeks, Sr and the late Freda Mae Linzey. On February 8, 1964 he married he former Lyndia Palen.
Lewis worked as a carpenter and Mason with his brother Alvah as well as for area mushroom factories. And avid hunter and gardener, his greatest pleasure was spending time with his children and grandchildren.
In addition to his wife, survivors include his children, Lewis Weeks III & his wife Denise, Lincoln Weeks & his partner Colleen, and Dorothy Smith; his grandchildren Rebecca, Britteny, Robert, Jr. & his wife Tamara, Sabrina, Tara Beth, Kyal, and Landon: and his brother Alvah. He was pre-deceased by his daughter Melissa and his son-in-law Robert Smith.
