Obituary Kingston, NY – Kathryn F. Cole died Sunday April 4, 2010 at Golden Hill Health Care Center in Kingston. She was 83 years old. Mrs. Cole was born August 18, 1926 in Philmont, NY the daughter of Raymond and Faye Pettinger Stewart. Her husband, William R. Cole died in 1992. She worked for NBC in New York as a script writer and was the retired bookkeeper for Bernie Singer's Firestone Dealership in Kingston. Survivors include eight nieces and nephews, Stephanie Martino of Kingston, Susan Fabbie of Kingston, Polexeni Hillier of St. Augustine, Fl, Kathryn Quigley of Albany, NY, Nicholas Maouris of Kingston, George Maoris of Kingston, Robert Parvi of Georgia, and William Maouris of Kingston; her uncle, Walter "Burt" Pettinger of Saugerties; and several great-nieces and great-nephews. In addition to her husband, she was pre-deceased by two sisters, Florence Parvi and Rae Maouris. Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM Wednesday, April 7, 2010 at Buono Funeral Service, Inc., Main Street Chapel, Saugerties, NY. Rev. Frank Cirone, Pastor of Grace Bible Fellowship in Rhinebeck will officiate. Interment will follow in North Marbletown Cemetery.
