George J. Taylor's Obituary
Saugerties – George J. Taylor died Monday, May 17, 2021 at HealthAlliance of the Hudson Valley Broadway Campus in Kingston. He was 81 years old.
Born April 12, 1940 in Toodlum, NY, he was the son of the late George B. Taylor and the late Theresa Heiser Taylor. On September 21, 1963 he married the former Roberta Bartlett. After more than 29 years of employment with the Town of Saugerties Highway Department, he retired and then worked for Lezette Express for more than 8 years.
In addition to his wife, George is survived by his brother James of Myrtle Beach, SC; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
