OBITUARY
Glasco – Frank Fabiano died peacefully Thursday, January 22, 2015 at Health Alliance Broadway Campus in Kingston. He was 79 years old.

He was born February 14, 1935 in Glasco, the son of Michael and Marietta Garritano Fabiano. He was pre-deceased by his wife, Rosemarie Mauro Fabiano on August 27, 1998.

Frank spent his entire life on the family farm in Glasco. Having been born and raised there, he eventually took over the farm with his brother and worked it until the end of his life. Early on he worked construction as an independent truck driver and then spent many years working for Northeast Solite.

He was a lifetime member of the Glasco Fire Company, a die-hard Yankee fan and an avid gardner. A man of simple taste and few words, he respected hard work and cherished family and friends above all.

Survivors include four children, Frank Fabiano, Jr and his wife Ann Marie, Michele Pedersen and her husband James, and Nadine Cavallaro and her husband Donovan all of Glasco, and John Fabiano and his partner Christopher of Jacksonville, FL; six grandchildren, James, Maggie and Mia Pedersen and Gabe, Christopher and Isabella Cavallaro; four brothers, Anthony, Ernest and Cosmo all of Glasco and Michael of Canaan, NY. Many nieces and nephews also survive.

In addition to his wife, he was pre-deceased by his sister Francis Martino and his brother Joseph Fabiano.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 11:00 AM Wednesday at St. Joseph's RC Church in Glasco. Rev. Julian Guzman will officiate. Interment will follow at St. Mary of the Snow Cemetery, Barclay Heights. Friends may call Sunday from 1:00 PM until 4:00 PM and Monday from 2:00 PM until 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM until 9:00 PM at Buono Funeral Service, Inc., Main Street, Saugerties. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Glasco Fire Company.
