RUBY- Edward W. Felipe died Friday, July 5, 2026, at home. He was 75 years old.

Born July 6, 1950 in Kingston, he was the son of the late Orlando Felipe and the late Edith Gilbert Felipe. He retired from the Ulster County Infirmary, where he worked in the Kitchen.

Edward was a voracious reader of books and graphic novels. He was an enthusiast of old movies and once wrote a screen play for the Twilight Zone although the episode did not air. In 1971 he graduated from the National School of Broadcasting with aspirations of being a radio personality.

Survivors include his two brothers, Roy Felipe and his with Kathleen of Millsboro, DE, and Randy Felipe and his wife Linda of Ruby, NY; and five nieces and nephews.
