Saugerties – Brian Weeks, 53, died suddenly on Monday, January 2, 2017. Born in Kingston, NY, he was the son of Alvah Sr. and Louise Weeks.

Brian was a self-employed contractor for many years.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his daughter, Elena Weeks; his granddaughter, Leila; his brothers, Alvah Weeks, Jr. and Michael Weeks and his wife Nanette; his uncle, Louis Weeks; his nieces and nephews, Alton, Jensen, Sierra and Mikayla; his good friend, Scott Spencer; his canine companion, Molly; his feline companion, Petie; and his sister-in-law Dana Nickerson.

He was recently pre-deceased by his longtime companion, Donna Lynn Bell McCloskey. He is also survived by her family; her son Jerome McCloskey, Jr.; her sister, Terry Bell; and her parents Richard and Freddie Bell.

Funeral services will be private and cremation is under the direction of Buono Funeral Service, Inc., Saugerties, NY.
