Obituary Saugerties, NY ? Amanda Lane Lumley formerly of Poughkeepsie, NY and Saugerties, died Saturday, June 12, 2010 at Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, MO after a long illness. She was 41 years old. Amanda was born to Rick and Shirley Wood Lane in Poughkeepsie on March 12, 1969. On October 10, 2009 she married Gary Lumley at Kiskatom Reformed Church. She and her husband resided in Bunker Hill, Illinois. Music filled Amanda?s life. She began as a hand bell ringer in the Tower Ringers of the Poughkeepsie Reformed Church. She was active in Music Ministry as a member of two local Christian groups. She was the keyboard player and vocalist for Change of Heart and sung lead vocals and played both guitar and keyboard in the successor group Heart Song. In addition to her husband and parents she is survived by her sister, Christina Sauer; her brother-in-law, Ron Sauer; and two nieces, Hannah and Rachel Sauer. Funeral services will be held 6:00 PM on Friday, June 18, 2010 at Buono Funeral Service, Inc., 100 Main St, Saugerties, NY. Pastor Tim Millard of Bridge Builders Community Church in Hyde Park and Pastor Dave Pettit of the Kiskatom Reformed Church will officiate. Friends may call at Buono Funeral Service, Inc. on Friday from 2:00 PM until 6:00 PM. Interment will take place at 11:00 AM Saturday in Mount Marion Cemetery.
