OBITUARY INFORMATION Saugerties ? Rosemary Lorentz died Saturday, February 27, 2010 at Kingston Hospital in Kingston. She was 73 years old. Rosemary was born May 22, 1936 in Brooklyn, NY, the daughter of Edward A. and Rose M. Farley Gunn. Her husband, Donald Lorentz died June 4, 1993. She was a parishioner of St. John the Evangelist in Centerville. She was also a member of St. Ephrem?s Choir in Bayridge, Brooklyn and along with her late husband was very active in the Columbiettes and Knights of Columbus Sheridan Council in Brooklyn. She is survived by her two sons, Donald and his wife, Sherri of Sayreville, NJ, and Edward of Saugerties; her four sisters, Eileen Gunn of Saugerties, Patricia Shirley of Lincoln Park, NJ, Joan Carr of Port Orchard, WA, and Lorraine Comito of Saugerties; her brother, Fr. Francis Gunn of Pompton Lakes, NJ; and by her two grandchildren, Sara and Sean Lorentz. She also survived by her caregivers, Lillian Cross and Patty Higgins. In addition to her husband she was pre-deceased by her brother, Edward Gunn in 2000. A Funeral procession will form 9:15 AM Wednesday, March 3, 2010 at Buono Funeral Service, Inc., Main Street Chapel, Saugerties, NY and then proceed to St. John the Evangelist Parish Center in Centerville, where a 10:00 AM a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated. Rev. Francis Gunn, Parochial Vicar of St. Mary?s Parish in Pompton Lakes, NJ will officiate. Interment will follow immediately in Blue Mountain Cemetery, West Saugerties. Friends may call Monday from 7:00 PM until 9:00 PM and Tuesday, from 2:00 PM until 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM until 9:00 PM at Buono Funeral Service, Inc.
