Saugerties – Ernest G. Perry died Wednesday August 20, 2008 at Kingston Hospital. He was 56 years old. He was born January 9, 1952 in Kingston, NY, the son of Anthony and Emily Mauro Perry. He married the former Trinda A. Fisher on March 18, 1972. Ernie was employed by Stewart’s for many years and was the long time manager of the Route 212 Store in Saugerties. He was also an avid classic car buff. In addition to his wife he is also survived by three daughters, Nicole Whitaker, Brianne Hunlock, and Samantha Perry all of Saugerties; and by seven grandchildren. He is also survived by a brother, Anthony, Jr. of Florida. He was pre-deceased by his brother, Ronald in 1970. A Funeral Procession will form 8:45 am Saturday, August 23, 2008, at Buono Funeral Service, Inc., Main Street Chapel, Saugerties, NY, and then proceed to St. Mary of the Snow R.C. Church where a 9:30 am Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated. Fr. Christopher Berean, Pastor of St. Mary of the Snow, will officiate. Cremation will follow at the convenience of the Family. Friends may call Friday 2:00 PM until 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM until 9:00 PM at Buono Funeral Service, Inc.
